Introducing Matilda, A recently renovated 3-bedroom 2 bath home close to the fairgrounds and Highmark stadium. Features a great patio and gathering room. Great place for visiting family and friends enjoying a concert at the fairgrounds or a football game or event at the stadium. Walking distance to the fairgrounds, 10 minutes from the stadium and 15 minutes from downtown and Kissing Bridge ski resort. note we do require a two night minimum on Buffalo Bills games and stadium events. thanks

The Living room features a 55 inch tv and queen size pull out bed, due to the living room location it tends to be in a quiet area of the house.

Premises does has a full basement which is locked and off limits. there is no recreational facilities down there.

The Owners are local residents and live close by if there are any issues with the home, please refer to your welcome packet upon arrival.

This property sits in a quiet dead end street. While we all enjoy a good time please be courteous to the neighbors

Note: This homes downstairs is sorta split level. I step down to recreation room. 1 step down from living room to kitchen. Folks with mobility issues take note
